Compensation and benefits partner
Main Responsibilities
- Drive compensation and benefits strategy in the company, ensuring fairness and market alignment.
- Analyze internal salary data and benchmark against compensation surveys and other sources to establish competitive salary ranges for all roles.
- Design and maintain salary frameworks.
- Partner with managers to provide strategic compensation guidance and support decision-making.
- Support the implementation and administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and additional perks.
- Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on market trends, employee feedback, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with People Team members to align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably across multiple countries.
- Strong ability to manage and drive complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for processes improvement and optimisation.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Fluency in English.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3400- 5600 EUR/Month.
