The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

Join our Product Design team to help shape our Cloud Storage at NordLocker. Be at the center of data-based product decisions, help understand user needs and align it with product goals. Your work will focus on conducting user research via interviews and surveys, collaborating closely with designers on prototypes and areas for improvement. Be part of a larger UX Research Guild to learn and grow data-based mindset.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather information about what needs researching, designing, or usability testing;
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research;
  • Perform research and conduct user interviews;
  • Work closely with design and product teams to identify research topics;
  • Collaborate with data analysts to overview product data, such as user split or activation metrics;
  • Transforming your findings into easily understandable insights & presenting them to stakeholders.

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and English skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the entire research process;
  • Basic knowledge of Figma (will be considered as a plus);
  • Basic knowledge of database platforms, eg. Tableau (will be considered as a plus).

Salary Range

  • Monthly gross salary from 2650 - 4800EUR.
