The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

As a Product Designer at NordLocker you will combine user experience and visual design while following business strategy to achieve product goals. You will play a pivotal role in the development of our product, ensuring that it is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-friendly. You will work with other designers to build the best Cloud product on multiple platforms and to improve our design systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of Product Designers and UX Researchers;
  • Design cross-platform product features for: android, iOS, Windows, macOS and web app;
  • Produce prototypes and work together with our UX researcher;
  • Own every stage of the design cycle, from brainstorming on initial ideas to shipping perfect user experiences;
  • Help bring accessibility, user experience and design thinking to the front;
  • Work with brand guidelines to always improve design systems and product interfaces;
  • Communicate with other team members and product managers to understand business goals, while advocating for user experience;
  • Actively participate in building design processes, tools and design culture.

Core Requirements

  • Design portfolio of previous work (must);
  • Proven experience as a product designer;
  • Good Figma and auto-layout skills;
  • Great English and communication;
  • A sense of ownership and ability to defend your ideas.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3000 - 5960 EUR/Month
