The human resources department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main responsibilities

  • Support and guide managers through all the different stages of people management from onboarding events to off-boarding processes;
  • Collaborate with other People Partners to develop and implement HR strategy;
  • Design and implement overall engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance;
  • Hands-on day-to-day collaboration with managers and employees;
  • Analyze trends and data metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
  • Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions.

Core requirements

  • At least 3-5 years proven working experience as an HR business partner or a similar role (in fast-growing companies is a plus);
  • Good working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, performance review, training, and development);
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
  • Ability to build relationships, make an impact through cooperation with others;
  • Hands-on mindset, solution finder and action-oriented team player.

Salary range

  • Gross Salary  2975 - 4460 EUR/Month.
