Main responsibilities
- Support and guide managers through all the different stages of people management from onboarding events to off-boarding processes;
- Collaborate with other People Partners to develop and implement HR strategy;
- Design and implement overall engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance;
- Hands-on day-to-day collaboration with managers and employees;
- Analyze trends and data metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
- Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions.
Core requirements
- At least 3-5 years proven working experience as an HR business partner or a similar role (in fast-growing companies is a plus);
- Good working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, performance review, training, and development);
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
- Ability to build relationships, make an impact through cooperation with others;
- Hands-on mindset, solution finder and action-oriented team player.
Salary range
- Gross Salary 2975 - 4460 EUR/Month.
