Business Continuity Manager (Mid-Senior)

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and Lead Business Continuity Initiatives from the ground up - develop a business continuity culture and own the topic across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans across all business units. Ensure plans are up-to-date, comprehensive, and comply with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of plans and employee preparedness.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure continuity strategies align with business goals and objectives.

Core Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2650-4960 EUR/Month
