Video Project Manager(Mid-Senior)

Main Responsibilities
- Manage video content creation and production process (from creative brief to the final video) for different online and offline platforms (such as TV, Youtube, social media channels, landing pages);
- Ensure brand consistency (tone of voice, messaging, visual identity), as well as on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Drive SEO and advertising best practices in video production workflow (make sure that the video fits specific channels’ requirements);
- Collaborate with other creative departments in production process - scriptwriters, designers, illustrators;
- Improve existing video content delivery processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders while respecting each one’s specific needs and ensuring the top quality of the deliverables;
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders;
- Work with other project managers to manage and prioritize competing deadlines and tasks;
- Review project deliverables, providing quality assurance in-line with project scope and objectives;
- Quickly identify and escalate issues, dependencies, or risks to team goals and/or project timelines;
- Advocate both the creative and the commercial value of delivery across the business and build strong relationships with colleagues globally to ensure toolkits are created to be accessible for all market needs.
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in leading creative projects from concept to execution in the following industries: advertising, marketing, digital, or commercial video production;
- Expertise in communication and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of successful implementation in previous roles;In-depth understanding of video production processes;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as sharp attention to details;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both internal and stakeholder-facing settings across all levels of an organization;
- Ability to monitor stakeholder's communication and project status in order to identify any areas of risk or issue;
- Sound, well-informed, and objective decision-making regarding the business, stakeholders, and team members;
- Willingness to train and mentor less-experienced team members;
- Ambition to shape the future of a fast-growing in-house video production team.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary 2480 - 4140 EUR/Month.
