Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Manage the full sourcing cycle by identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates globally via social media, professional networks, and other channels;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate data;
  • Conduct market research and analyze recruitment metrics to generate data-driven insights;
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to improve talent sourcing and enhance recruitment processes;
  • Take part in additional initiatives (e.g., employer branding, candidate experience, internal process improvements, implementation of new tools and/or platforms).

Core Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, including usage of professional networking platforms and applicant tracking systems;
  • Analytical mindset, ability to draw data-based insights and conclusions, understanding of key recruitment metrics;
  • Curiosity, can-do attitude, and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong relationship-building skills and team player mentality;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary: 1490-2650 EUR/month
