Main Responsibilities
- Own and shape the user experience for your respective part of the NordPass product.
- Follow our proprietary Product Development Framework by working side-by-side not only with your Trio (Product Manager, Engineering manager, and you), but also with UX Researchers and UX Writers.
- Participate and support the team throughout all stages of the product development workflow. This includes framing and validating problems, defining functional requirements, mapping out user flows, providing user-centric insights, and designing solutions to assist our customers.
- Narrow down broad scopes independently and turn abstract ideas into low-fi artefacts and interactive prototypes.
- Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business requirements, and technical considerations.
- Participate in regular rituals and our feedback culture, by sharing your design work early and often with your peers and proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience designing (B2C or B2B) digital products which are currently live to users.
- You have interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, or cryptography.
- Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
- You have mastered the fundamentals of typography, colour and visual hierarchy. You understand UX principles, and information architecture.
- Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
- You have collaborated closely with engineers in the past, for seamless design to development handoffs.
- You can speak English effectively. You have strong written & verbal communication skills and can work well with colleagues from cross-functional teams.
- You also have a portfolio showcasing your work, and your end-to-end design process.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3150-5960 EUR/Month.
