Main Responsibilities

  • Work with an innovative business security solution that is used by thousands of customers worldwide; 
  • Manage the portfolio of partners in an assigned region to ensure their success, growth, and retention;
  • Engage in day-to-day communication with partners to ensure we are maximizing their experience; 
  • Address partner needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships; 
  • Create compelling value propositions and joint business plans;  
  • Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities; 
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance;
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results and proactively identify process improvements;
  • Gather feedback from business partners and share it with internal teams.

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel management, distribution account management, or working with B2B customer success and engagement. Knowledge of selling cloud-based and software solutions would be an advantage;
  • Proven relationship management and problem-solving skills; 
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills are essential as meetings with business partners are happening regularly; 
  • Ability to analyze information and data, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions to drive effective problem-solving and recommendations;
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment; 
  • Enthusiasm, a strong sense of initiative, and learning attitude; 
  • Ability to lead and own internal projects to improve the performance  of the sales team;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Working experience or knowledge of SaaS business.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2600 - 3480 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
