The Business support and operations department works towards increasing real-time sales and operational efficiency beyond services and product management. Its goal is to increase the productivity and revenue of the organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product backlog and create actionable user stories;
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best implementation methods as well as prioritize the development;
  • Gather needs and form product requirements (specify and visualize requirements);
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and the product team on system functionality;
  • Create high-quality documentation of our product and relevant processes;
  • Analyze existing solutions and their workflows;
  • Maintain process documentation.

Core requirements

  • Experience with user-facing applications development in the role of business analyst, process manager, or similar;
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, and marketing;
  • Understanding relationships among different product components;
  • Holistic thinking, open-minded, with a desire to learn new things;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to effectively identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Service and internal customer satisfaction-focused mindset; 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Salary range

  • Gross Salary 2480 - 3970 EUR/Month.
