The B2B Commercial Team is the engine driving Nord Security’s growth in the corporate cybersecurity sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take proactive steps to foster and enhance existing client relationships and ensure retention;
  • Manage client renewals;
  • Provide ongoing account & sales support to existing customers;
  • Address basic technical issues or escalate them to senior team members/tech support;
  • Help identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Inform existing customers of product updates;
  • Assist the team to exceed sales goals and handle all inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) system proactively;
  • Team & Cross department collaboration.

Core Requirements

  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management, and sales principles;
  • Previous experience in B2B or a sales environment, in general, is a bonus;
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed;
  • Strong motivation to grow and deliver results; passionate about sales;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a bonus;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Available Full-Time in Vilnius or Kaunas.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660- 2320 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
