Main responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize various campaigns on Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads Brave ads, etc.;).
  • Align paid campaigns for revenue and brand recognition growth.
  • Maximize the performance of campaigns, make sure that results are in line with KPIs and budgets.
  • Take full ownership of ad quality by managing different creatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities to understand the impact on our accounts.
  • Be a part of brainstorm sessions and take initiative to build better strategies.
  • Keep pulse on the latest trends in the advertising industry.
  • Be the vital part of the team that’s working on a product targeting massive audiences worldwide.

Core requirements

  • An exquisite understanding and experience of Paid Search channels management (Google search ads and Microsoft ads) and various strategies. Paid Social channels knowledge (Youtube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GDN) would be an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in Paid Media and associated channels.
  • Capability of data analysis and understanding of consequence from optimization actions.
  • Being able to bring ideas and strategies to the table and present to people with varying levels of Paid Media knowledge.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perfect time management skills, capability to manage and prioritise tasks autonomously.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience working with large scale, complex campaigns and monthly budgets over $100K.
  • Previous experience in B2B tech product marketing would be an advantage.

Salary range

  • Gross Salary 2480-4630 EUR/Month.
