Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and process intercompany transactions across multiple business entities.
Perform timely monthly intercompany account reconciliations.
Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions.
Analyze intercompany account activities and prepare variance explanations.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.
Document and implement standardized intercompany accounting procedures.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reporting.
Support external audit requirements for intercompany activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Cooperate with other teams to facilitate smooth intercompany processes.

Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting.
Full accounting knowledge.
Preferred experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or other ERP systems.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person.
Great communication skills.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1700-2900 EUR/Month.
