What You Will Do

  • Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, analyzing campaign performance data, and solving problems);
  • Develop a scalable model and efficient processes for partner marketing engagements;
  • Manage, qualify, evaluate and establish a strong pipeline of strategic key partners opportunities that align with the NordVPN Teams business goals;
  • Own the negotiation process on agreements, working effectively across all cross functional key internal stakeholders;
  • Developing go-to-market strategies with our partner community;
  • Managing a portfolio of partners to achieve partnership goals including new and existing business revenue, and marketing activities;
  • Support/consult partners with all their requirements to run successful brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns;
  • Monitor key metrics and constantly renegotiate terms to ensure the best growth & ROAS combination;
  • Identify areas of growth, retention, and awareness that can be reached via new and existing channels;
  • Manage media buying budgets on CPI/CPA basis from worldwide traffic sources;
  • Establish brand awareness in US/UK via partnerships with different organizations;
  • Establish revenue streams working with influencers/KOL’s/ Thought leaders;
  • Manage and build a team.

What We Expect

  • 6+ years of professional marketing/partnerships experience;
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs;
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements;
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership;
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota;
  • Have an established network in the industry;
  • Experience in account management: from contract signing to invoicing;
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting;
  • Ability to handle several projects at one time;
  • Ability to plan and perform outreach campaigns;
  • An energized self-starter with the ability to navigate and execute across multiple teams in a fast-moving organization;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
