The Data, research, and insights department possesses a growth mindset based on insightful data. We enjoy performing statistical analyses with Looker, B Query, Google Analytics, and Tableau to conclude product or customer experience improvement.

Main responsibilities

  • Help define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports and dashboards;
  • Build, support, and replicate data structures that can be leveraged by business units (including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, predictions, etc.);
  • Investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data;
  • Collaborate with departments like sales, marketing, product and other, while helping them track the results and find valuable insights;
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses.

Core requirements

  • You have demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data using SQL;
  • You are interested in data storytelling and have some experience with data visualization (Looker is preferred) and statistical analysis methods;
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • You are attentive to detail;
  • Experience with Saas products will be a big advantage.

Salary range

  • Gross Salary 1980 - 2975 EUR/Month.
