The Finance team is a team of ambitious professionals, focused on making the finance process smoother and more efficient. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The financial team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, and treasury functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement processes and policies based on industry best practices, promoting transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of a procure-to-pay tool organization-wide, streamlining procurement activities and enhancing visibility;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and pricing, and manage supplier performance;
  • Implement a robust internal controls framework to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards;
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supply chain risks, contractual risks, and compliance risks;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness, such as vendor consolidation, process automation, and strategic sourcing strategies;
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data and metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities, drive cost reduction initiatives, and support decision-making;
  • Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster professional growth and maximize team performance.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus;
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company;
  • Proven track record of setting up procurement processes and implementing procure-to-pay tools in complex organizational environments;
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements;
  • Experience in building and managing internal controls frameworks and ensuring compliance;
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and support decision-making;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3970-5290 EUR/Month.
