Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage a large portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Familiarity with our product suite (Business Suite) is a plus.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2400-3200 EUR/Month.
