The Payments department has the responsibility of ensuring that users can utilize their preferred payment method when making purchases. Our coverage for payments and fraud management is global, and our objective is to optimize it to the fullest extent possible.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor existing transactions performance and identifying suspicious trends or activities;
  • Be responsible for defending disputes/chargebacks and review double charges;
  • Manage and escalate alerts when required;
  • Assist with improving the Fraud Prevention rules and best practices;
  • Drive results with a proven ability to achieve both team and individual goals consistently.

Core Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in similar roles;
  • Cards processing knowledge and experience of working with relevant transactions is a must;
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environments;
  • Details oriented, passionate about quality, with extremely high standards for delivery;
  • Ability to analyze various datasets and convert findings into suggested action plans;
  • Passion for problem solving;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • SQL knowledge considered to be an asset.

Salary Range

  • Monthly gross salary from 2480 - 4140 EUR.
