Site Reliability Engineer (Front-end focused)

Main Responsibilities
- Reliability and Performance:
- Monitor and maintain the health, uptime, and performance of high-traffic websites.
- Implement and manage service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Development and Operations:
- Develop, deploy, and manage frontend applications using modern frontend stacks (e.g., Astro, React, Node.js)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems
- Collaborate with the security team to prevent and fix security vulnerabilities.
- Infrastructure and Scaling:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and conducting post-incident reviews.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and developer productivity.
- Identify and implement best practices for reliability engineering and front-end development.
Core Requirements
- General knowledge of modern frontend stacks such as Astro, React.
- Experience with high-traffic websites and performance optimization techniques.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Hands-on experience with Gitlab CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.
- Experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
- Background in managing and scaling high-traffic, user-facing applications.
- Knowledge of Cloudflare services and optimization techniques is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Gross Salary 17100 - 32900 PLN/Month.
