Main Responsibilities
- Design Systems & Brand Guidelines: Create and oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and brand book guidelines to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Inspire and mentor the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Projects Oversight: Supervise projects from concept to completion, ensuring impactful and proud outcomes.
- Industry Trends: Stay current with design trends and best practices, applying them to elevate our design capabilities.
- Creative Presentations: Pitch creative ideas and present design outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Talent Acquisition: Contribute to identifying and attracting top design talents to strengthen the team.
- Graphic Design Advocacy: Champion graphic design across the organization and beyond, promoting its achievements and articulating its vision.
- Design Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistency and innovation in our visual communication.
Core Requirements
- Hands-On Graphic Design Experience: +10 years of in design (predominantly in a digital environment) with proven experience in leading, mentoring, and inspiring design teams.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital design, marketing and how to integrate performance insights into the creative process.
- Holistic Design Approach: Ability to collaborate with other design teams (Web, UX/UI, Apps, Motion) to ensure unified, cohesive design solutions across platforms.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute design strategies that support business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across functions.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into the team's work.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3810 - 5300 EUR/Month.
