The Administration department provides valuable day-to-day services that keep our organization's work processes running smoothly and efficiently. Together, we oversee every administrative aspect, from top to bottom.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests;
  • Be the focal point of calls and inquiries, assist co-workers;
  • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers;
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the premises;
  • Accept parcels and deliveries;
  • Check, sort, and forward emails;
  • Help with planning in-house and off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences;
  • Find new and creative ways to improve our employees’ wellbeing;
  • Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies;
  • Overseeing the compliance with company’s policies and security requirements.

Core Requirements

  • A go-to person with a proactive and responsible  approach;
  • Care for people and a can-do attitude;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Previous administrative work experience;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);
  • That you are a fast learner and a self-organised person;
  • The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660 - 2480 EUR/Month.
