The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

The Commercial Strategy team is focused on developing the best monetization strategies, maintaining a cohesive view of Nord Security offerings globally, strategic and tactical modeling, and monitoring the competitive landscape, trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and monetization strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for NordSecurity products across our global footprint;
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects focused on implementing and refining pricing and offering strategies for both new and existing products;
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, assess market trends, and identify opportunities;
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to assess the impact of pricing and offering changes on customer behavior;
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented.

Core Requirements

  • Successful previous experience in a similar role in business consulting, project management, and market research;
  • Preferably experience in subscription-based business, for example, telecommunications;
  • Proactiveness, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with many stakeholders, ex. data analyst, CRO, product owners, UX designers, etc.;
  • Ability to identify and constructively present business problems/topics to main stakeholders;
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights;
  • Fluency in English.

Salary range

  • Gross salary 3810-4960 EUR/Month.
